You can now open your saved items in two ways: one by clicking on an individual item, or all at once by selecting a multiple items.

You can either drag and drop the websites from the left sidebar to the right-hand area, or you can click on the downward-pointing arrow and choose an option from save, transfer, or delete to save the websites mentioned under active tabs.
You can organize the content you add on the right side into categories. You can use the pre-listed categories as-is or edit them by selecting Edit categories from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the page. You may also make new groups and add URLs, text chunks, notes, and to-dos from this menu.
You can copy and paste sections of text from articles by highlighting the content and then using the “right click” menu.
To organize your tabs into categories, simply hover on tabExtend from the menu and select Add selection to group: or Close site and save to:, respectively.
With tabExtend’s toolbar, you can quickly and easily add notes or to-dos to your groups.
When you hover over a group, a little rectangular box will appear within the group; click on this box to add a comment or task to the group.
You can now begin typing in your new note or task.
Notes are the default for saving data. However, if you want to make them into actual tasks, you can do so by selecting the to-do symbol from the bottom toolbar. Notes/to-dos can have their backgrounds colored and emojis added from this screen.
Your tabExtend space will quickly fill up with internet links, text snippets, and notes/to-dos as you begin to rely on tabExtend as your sole means of managing your browser data. This can make it more challenging to locate specific objects inside the recorded entries. To combat this, tabExtend provides a speedy search feature for quickly locating any of your saved entries. You can use the keyboard shortcuts command + K or windows + K to bring up search, or you can click the search symbol next to the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
tabExtend not only adds functionality, but also allows you to customize your environment. Emojis can be added to group titles for easier recognition, groups can be moved and rearranged to suit personal preferences, and group sizes can be adjusted to display more or less items. You can also customize the extension’s appearance by switching between multiple themes, activating and deactivating the sound effect, and exporting your information.
